ABOUT SIGNAL CREST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
Welcome to Signal Crest United Methodist Church.
Signal Crest began with a small but dedicated group of 22 individuals on September 15, 1957 at the Masonic Lodge. Interest quickly grew and on December 22, 1957 we held Membership Sunday and officially welcomed members into Signal Crest United Methodist Church. In April of 1960, we celebrated worship in our current location in what is now our chapel.
Through the last 60 years, we have seen growth in membership and our physical space. Our most recent addition of the Crest Center has allowed us to expand worship to a contemporary setting as well as provide a space for our children, youth, and adults to fellowship, play games, and enjoy our popular Wednesday Night Dinners.
Our mission is to proclaim Christ through prayer, service, teaching, and worship, and to provide a welcoming environment that encourages people to use their spiritual gifts to glorify God.

Signal Crest Time Capsule
In late 2021 a group gathered at the church to open the time capsule placed in a block when the Sanctuary was built. The contents and moments from the opening can be watched here in this video.
