Our Worship services are held every Sunday at 8:30, 9:00, and 11:00 am. The main thing you can expect from Signal Crest United Methodist Church is a warm greeting. Everyone is welcome here. Inside our church, you will find others, much like yourself, looking for a place where your relationship with God can grow, a supportive church family you can lean on, and opportunities to love God and our neighbor.

SONburst Celebration- Our 8:30am SONburst Service is perfect for those who prefer a more quiet and reflective service. This service includes hymn singing and the living word from our Pastor Mark Gooden and our Associate Pastor Annette Flynn.

The Crest-  Our 9:00 service is our more contemporary worship experience.  We have two wonderful worship leaders who lead us in praise music as well as a message from Pastor Mark Gooden or Associate Pator Annette Flynn. 

Traditional Worship- Our 11:00 am service is a joyous celebration of the Lord and includes singing accompanied by our Chancel Choir, the children’s message, and words of enlightenment from Pastor Mark Gooden or Associate Pastor Annette Flynn. Childcare is available for infants and children.

Holy Communion- These services are part of our regularly scheduled worship services and are held the first Sunday of every month. Everyone is welcome to participate. Holy Communion is also provided every Tuesday morning at 8:30am in the sanctuary.

Worship shouldn't end on Sunday.  Each week you are given a copy of the disciple study guide, a companion piece to the week's sermon that will take you deeper into the topic and help you continue your worship and study throughout the week.

We would like to invite you to attend our newest worship experience called “The Crest” each Sunday morning at 9 a.m. at the Crest Center on the campus of Signal Crest UMC.

Why the name “The Crest”?

We believe the word crest signifies a destination, and we believe we are on a journey, which is filled with many peaks and valleys.  We have not “arrived”, but we are journeying toward abundant life God offers to us.

What is the purpose of this service?

The purpose of the worship experience is to help you cope with the everyday problems of life and to introduce you to fellow travelers who are on the same journey.  Come connect with others trying to find truth in a world so often filled with confusion.

What can you expect to experience if you attend this service?

At “The Crest” you will experience a variety of music styles and the music will be more of a contemporary nature.

Every month you have the chance to pray for different members of our congregation on each given day.  It is truly a way for our church family to unite in prayer and love of one another.
