Adult Sunday School at Signal Crest

Following in the footsteps of our Founder, John Wesley, we believe that small groups are central to our growth and spiritual development.  Our Sunday School classes offer this environment providing support and accountability with other Christian followers.  We have several Adult Sunday School classes to choose from. We welcome you to visit these classes to find the right fit for you.

Sunday School meets on Sundays at 10 am.

Women's Class

Church Library (Room 320)

"Free therapy and lots of laughter" is what you will find in the Women's class.  Women of all ages and stages get together in this class to discover spiritual truth and light through the open discussion of various books.

Bible Foundations

Room 434

Comprised of couples and singles, this class focuses on discussion based Bible study with shared responsibility for leadership.

Koinonia Class

Room 412

We are middle-aged couples and singles who focus on round table and open discussions about the Christian life.

Leap of Faith

Room 432

A relaxed yet spirited group that meets weekly to connect and partake in a faith-centered lesson.  Mostly made up of parents with preschool and younger elementary age children.  This group also tries to meet for fellowship outside of class quarterly.

Spares and Pairs

Room 414

Growing in discipleship is our principle focus.  We are couples and singles in our 30's and 40's that seek to grow closer to Christ through fellowship, study, and service.  On Sundays, we often study and discuss principles of the Bible in today's context.

Faith, Family, and Friendship

Room 307

An unstructured alternative to traditional Sunday School, this round table of Christian friends meets  weekly to talk about the challenges of faith-based parenting and modeling the Christian lifestyle in the workplace.

Interpreters

Kid's Crest

The Interpreters class was founded in the 1970's and is the longest standing Sunday School class at Signal Crest.  While most of the members of this class were not here in the 70's, they have joined this class for the outstanding fellowship gained through shared Christian experiences.  Most of the members of this class are retired and empty nesters.
